On Tuesday, June 28, around 11:30 a.m., Chief Deputy Sam Adams served Stephanie Cramer, 45, of Monticello, with a Wayne County Circuit Court indictment warrant charging her with trafficking in a controlled substance-first-degree (greater than two grams of methamphetamine), possession of controlled substance-third-degree, possession of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia-possession, according to the sheriff’s office.

On Saturday, July 2, just before 8 p.m., Deputy Keith Suits was dispatched to a DUI complaint in Kuttawa, which originally started on Lake Barkley Drive and ended near Days Inn Drive. Deputy Suits located and subsequently arrested Charles W. Hill, 69, of Eddyville, and charged him with DUI-second offense, according to the sheriff’s office. Hill was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.

On Sunday, July 3, around 10:40 p.m., Deputy Suits located Timothy W. May, 44, of Kuttawa, on West Main Street in Eddyville. May was the subject of a Lyon District Court bench warrant on contempt of court, according to the sheriff’s office. He was arrested and subsequently lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.

On Monday, July 4, around 2 p.m., Deputy Seth P’Pool was helping Kentucky State Police with a traffic safety checkpoint on US 62 in Suwanee. A roadside investigation resulted in the arrest of Brian C. Goodson, 38, of Kuttawa, according to the sheriff’s office. The sheriff’s office said he was charged with DUI-second offense, possession of controlled substance-first-degree (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia-possession. Goodson was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.

On Tuesday, July 5, around 1:20 p.m., Chief Deputy Adams served two arrest warrants on Rhonda M. Johnson, 66, of Paducah. Johnson was charged with theft by unlawful taking ($1,000 to less than $10,000), according to the sheriff’s office. The sheriff’s office said Johnson voluntarily turned herself in to law enforcement and that she was one of three suspects charged regarding a felony theft in the Suwanee community. The case was investigated by Sheriff Brent White. Johnson was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.

On Wednesday, July 6, around 9 a.m., Chief Deputy Adams arrested Nicholas J. Doss, 44, of Eddyville, and served him with a contempt of court warrant from Ballard Circuit Court, according to the sheriff’s office. He was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.

On Thursday, July 7, around 9 a.m., Deputy Lori Francis served a Trigg County District Court criminal summons on Andrea M. Breedlove, 33, of Princeton, charging her with theft by unlawful taking ($1,000 to less than $10,000), according to the sheriff’s office. The incident was investigated by Trigg County law enforcement. The sheriff’s office said Breedlove was summoned to court on the charge.

On Thursday, July 7, around 11:15 a.m., Chief Deputy Adams arrested Ashley Pratt, 41, of Eddyville, and served her with a Lyon Circuit Court indictment warrant charging her with trafficking in a controlled substance-first-degree (greater than two grams of methamphetamine), drug paraphernalia-possession, possession of controlled substance (first-degree) (opiates), and possession of substance (second-degree), according to the sheriff’s office. The case was investigated by Deputy Joe Witherspoon. Pratt was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.

On Thursday, July 7, just after 1 p.m., Chief Deputy Adams arrested Kelly M. Oakley, 44, of Princeton, and served her with two failure to appear bench warrants involving two separate felony cases in Warren Circuit Court, according to the sheriff’s office. Oakley was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.

On Thursday, July 7, around 10:45 p.m., Deputy Suits responded to a complaint of a suspicious person in Kuttawa on Days Inn Drive. He located a female off US 62 near Dooms Chapel Road. The sheriff’s office said that, after further investigation, he arrested Rachel A. Mills, 44, of Louisa, and charged her with public intoxication, possession of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia-possession. Mills was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.

On Saturday, July 9, just after 10 a.m., Deputy Witherspoon and Deputy P’Pool did a drug investigation on Green Road. Following a search at a residence, 80 marijuana plants and other items of evidence were seized, according to the sheriff’s office. Deputy P’Pool arrested Carl A. Miner, 59, and charged him with cultivating marijuana (five or more plants) and trafficking marijuana (eight ounces to five pounds), the sheriff’s office said. Miner was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.

On Saturday, July 9, around 8:50 p.m., Deputy P’Pool was dispatched along with other law enforcement units to a disturbance at the Fivestar convenience store in Eddyville. The driver of a 2013 Nissan, who was involved in the disturbance, was identified as Karen L. Winberry, 42, of Cedar Grove, Tennessee, according to the sheriff’s office. She was subsequently arrested and charged with DUI-first-offense, possession of controlled substance-third-degree, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia-possession, and prescription not in proper container, according to the sheriff’s office. Winberry was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center. The sheriff’s office said a second party involved in the disturbance was identified as Kayla N. Walsh, 31, also of Cedar Grove, Tennessee. She was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance (third-degree), possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia-possession, and prescription not in proper container, according to the sheriff’s office. Walsh was also lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
